End of the Session Tournament TITLEHOLDERS:
Saturday 1/28/2012 8 ball Brandon/Plant City areas at Baluka's doors open at 9:00 am, meeting at 10:00 am and play begins immediately after the meeting
Sunday 1/29/2012 9 Ball at Scoreboard's practice table at 12:00, meeting at 1:00 p.m. and play begins immediatley after the meeting
BAY AREA TAP
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
After every session we will hold a “Titleholders Tournament”.
There will be 2 boards ran, “Treasure Board” and “Best of the Rest”
Every team that qualifies for the “Treasure Board” automatically qualifies for the “Bay Area Bash” played in August to determine which team goes to Nationals in November. Bay Area Tap will send 1 team per 16-20 teams per format to the Nationals in November. Entry Fee, Airfare, & 4 Hotel Rooms paid by Bay Area Tap out of the “Travel Fund” per team.
The “Treasure Board” and the “Bay Area Bash” will be set up as a “round robin” event.
The “Best of the Rest” board will be single elimination.
Depending upon how many teams in each division will determine which board your team will be placed on. The placement will be as follows:
4-5 teams 1st “Treasure Board” all other teams “Best of the Rest”
6-9 teams 1st & 2nd “Treasure Board” all other teams “Best of the Rest”
10 or more teams 1st thru 3rd “Treasure Board” all other teams “Best of the Rest”
PAYOUTS: Amounts subject to change depending on number of teams. This example is based on 20 teams. More teams equal higher payout, less teams equal less payout.

1st $200.00 and qualify for “Bay Area Bash”
2nd $50.00 and qualify for “Bay Area Bash”
Trophies and Door prizes will be given out as well. Awards will be given out for the Most 8/9 on the Break; 8/9 break and run; MVP’s for skill level brackets of 2-3; 4-5; 6-7.
